實驗方式：即手動操作方式。這種方式是在上位機(jī)上對單個設(shè)備進(jìn)行開、關(guān)，啟、停的操作，設(shè)備間的聯(lián)鎖關(guān)系已經(jīng)被解除了，不存在聯(lián)跳功能，因此這種方式下不能帶負(fù)載運(yùn)行。

　　2） 集中聯(lián)鎖手動：此方式是對要啟動的流程中的設(shè)備按逆煤流方向一對一的啟動，按順煤流方向一對一停機(jī)，要求設(shè)備啟動前須先將三通擋板啟動到位，設(shè)備的保護(hù)動作處理均同自動控制方式。

　　3） 自動方式：按照預(yù)先設(shè)定的流程啟動或停止相關(guān)的設(shè)備，是一種正常運(yùn)行方式，要求現(xiàn)場設(shè)備必須處于正常狀態(tài)。自動方式為系統(tǒng)的最佳控制方式，在此方式下，設(shè)備的空載運(yùn)行時間最短，操作員的操作步驟最少。

　　4） 就地方式：在就地操作箱上把手自動選擇按鈕打在就地位置，從操作箱上發(fā)出啟?；蜷_關(guān)命令，實現(xiàn)對現(xiàn)場設(shè)備的操控。在此種方式下，PLC就失去了控制此設(shè)備的功能了。
